Nature's artwork is showcased in our best-selling Aspen Picket Bedroom Suite. The simplicity of the bed design showcases the character of the alder logs very nicely. The classic style, excellent quality and beauty of this set will make it a family heirloom.
Each piece is handcrafted with painstaking attention to detail. The aspen logs are hand-picked for color and character. Beds are constructed using mortisse and tenon joinery and metal to metal fittings. Drawers glide smoothly and withstand the years thanks to high-quality full-extension glides. All drawer boxes are put together using the finest dovetail joints. The dresser and nightstands pictured feature beautiful optional "half-log" facing. You can opt for this style or stick with the flat-front drawers as depicted in the rest of our Aspen bedroom set photos. For the regular rustic flat-front drawers, each face front has the character of hand-hewn wood and is cut to perfectly fit the contours of the adjoining logs (see photo).
The set includes a King or Queen bed, a 6-drawer dresser and two 2-drawer night stands (only one pictured). Substitutions can be made but will change the price.
